DESCRIPTION: Browning designed military semi-automatic pistol. Manufactured at the FN factory in Belgium after the World War Two. The left side of the slide shows the maker's markings, "Fabrique Nationale D'Armes De Guerre Herstal Belgique, Browning's Patent Depose". Belgian post-war proofs are present on major metal parts of the pistol. Nice, original black plastic grips with "FN" logo and diamond checkering. The left side grip has a provision for the lanyard ring, although the latter was not installed. M.1922 Browning pistol was exceptionally popular, with large commercial, police and military contracts worldwide. This model was famous for its reliability and long service life. The pistol was manufactured with the grip safety. Magazine capacity is nine rounds. The upper part of the slide shows a loaded chamber indicator. The pistol comes with a military issue brown leather holster and two spare magazines. The holster's style and the pistol's serial number may indicate that the rig was a part of the post-war French military contract. CONDITION: Excellent. 95% of original blue finish is still on the metal. The balance is in white. Typical holster wear to the front part of the slide. The bore is in excellent condition with strong and shiny rifling. Strong action. Matching serial numbers. All the markings and numbers are clearly visible on the metal. All the internal parts of the pistol are in excellent condition, with no visible wear. The black plastic grips are in excellent condition, with minor handling marks. DESCRIPTION: Nicely preserved Browning designed M.1903 blowback semi-automatic pistol manufactured by Husqvarna under license for Swedish army as M.1907. The pistol is still in its original 9 mm Browning Long caliber, and was not converted to .380 ACP! The pistol was manufactured with the grip safety. Magazine capacity is seven rounds. Swedish proofs are present on major metal parts. The pistol does not display Swedish regimental markings, that are usually stamped on the frame (unissued?). British commercial proof marks are stamped on the right side of the frame, slide and barrel (which usually indicates that pistol was offered for sale on the British commercial market). This model was famous for its reliability and long service life. The pistol comes complete with original Swedish military leather holster and spare magazine. The flap of the holster displays three Swedish crowns and a large crown over the word, "AioSu" (please, see pictures). CONDITION: Excellent+ with 98% of blue finish remaining on metal. The pistol shows just a slight holster wear on the edges of the slide. Couple of spots of light patina, or peppering. The bore is in excellent+ condition with strong and shiny rifling. Strong action. All matching serial numbers. All the markings and numbers are clearly visible on the metal. All the internal parts of the pistol are in excellent condition, with no visible wear. Nice, original black plastic grips with "Crown over H" logo and diamond checkering. Complete with a lanyard ring. No import markings. DESCRIPTION: Canadian military Inglis Mk.I* No.1 (Browning "High Power" M.1935) semi-automatic pistol with original wooden holster stock. This is "CH" series military contract pistol, as ordered by Canada, China and some other countries. Early production pistol with tangent sights and with provision for the shoulder stock. The pistol displays original Parker type finish and was not refinished. Large capacity magazine displays a letter, "A". The rear sight is calibrated from 50 to 500 m. Barrel length is 4.75 inch. The wooden holster stock displays following markings: "S. A. LTD. 1945". A High Power pistol was highly regarded as a reliable and powerful service handgun. CONDITION: Excellent. 95-96% of original, Parker-type finish remaining on metal. The finish is worn mostly on the edges of the slide and frame and on the front part of the hilt (holster wear). Nice, original black plastic grips with diamond checkering. Very crisp action. Excellent+ bore with strong and shiny rifling. Matching serial numbers (the numbers are stamped only on the frame, slide and barrel; there are no serial numbers stamped on all the remaining parts which is correct for this model). The serial numbers are factory original, and they were not restamped. All the markings and numbers are clearly visible on the metal. All the internal parts of the pistol are in excellent condition, with no visible wear. The wooden holster stock is in excellent condition. There are no cracks in the wood, just minor handling marks and small dings. No import markings. Very impressive High Power military pistol with wooden holster stock! Serial# 4CH35XX. |

DESCRIPTION: Semi-automatic pistol manufactured by FN factory in Belgium and sold in USA by Browning Arms Company (which was part of FN organization at the time). The pistol was based on the famous FN. M.1922 model. The pistol features an ergonomic plastic grips, grip safety and adjustable rear sight. The back of the slide shows a firing pin indicator. The upper part of the slide shows a loaded chamber indicator. The barrel and the magazine show the caliber designation, "Cal.380". Very high quality of machining and metal finish. CONDITION: Excellent. 99% of original, crisp blue remaining on metal. There are two very small spots of light surface rust on the left side of the slide (please, see pictures), and one spot on the back of the hilt. Nice, original black plastic grips with diamond checkering. Very crisp action. Excellent++ bore with strong and shiny rifling. Matching serial numbers. DESCRIPTION: Chinese Copy of Browning 1900 semi-auto pistol. The pistol shows "Mauser Banner"(!) and wording "Brevetes GDC"on the left side of the frame. These markings usually do not make much sense, as they seem to be a combination of different European words. It is not unusual to find Chinese copies of FN M.1900 pistols with Mauser markings. Chinese gun makers found these markings to be very attractive... The left side of the slide displays a wording, "Nationale". The frame, slide and rear sight display fake Belgian proof marks. All the markings on metal are clear. The pistol has a safety lever on the left side of the frame. Matching serial numbers. All complete and original. CONDITION: Fine+. The pistol shows 85% of original, high gloss blue finish on metal parts. The balance is in white, mixed with some brown patina. Nice, original hardwood plastic grips with with diamond checkering. Action seems to be OK. Good bore. All the markings and numbers are clearly visible on the metal. All the internal parts of the pistol are in fine condition, with no visible wear. No import markings. DESCRIPTION: Scarce pre-World War Two holster for French military issue Browning M.1922 pistol. Dark brown leather. All brass hardware (marked, "DVG", "Made in France, DVG"). No markings on the leather. Two spare magazine pouches under the flap. There is a pouch for the cleaning rod on the side of the holster. Cleaning rod is included. CONDITION: Very good+. Leather is still soft and flexible. Strong, original stitching. One piece of brass attachment on the flap is missing. French FN M.1922 pre-war holsters are quite scarce, as most of them were captured by Nazis. All the surviving holsters were shipped to French colonial army in Indochina after the World War Two and consequently lost. |
