All the markings on metal are clear. The pistol has a safety lever on the left side of the frame. Matching serial numbers. All complete and original. CONDITION: Fine+. The gun is a Spanish-made copy of the hinged-frame Smith & Wesson (Bayard, Grah, Pieper?). Left side of the frame is marked, "7.62 mm". Black plastic grips have St.George Fighting the Dragon (copy of the Pieper Bayard logo?). Several countries such as Serbia, Romania, Greece, Russia, UK and France used Spanish built revolver in WWI, and the exact origin of this revolver can not be determined with any degree of certainty. The cylinder latch lies on the yoke ahead of the cylinder. The safety lever is located on the right side of the frame, just underneath the hammer. The safety lever was most likely added when the revolver was sold as a surplus on the commercial market. DESCRIPTION: High quality Swedish semi-automatic military pistol manufactured by Husqvarna Vapenfabriks A.B., and marked accordingly on the left side of the barrel assembly. Lahti was one of the heaviest military pistols of the time. It was characterized by a beautiful machining and metal finish, and in fact, it was quite expensive to manufacture. The pistol was developed in Finland and was manufactured there under the name, "Lahti L-35". The Swedish military version, M-40 was manufactured under the license agreement by Husqvarna. Lahti was adopted only by Finland, Sweden and Denmark, although relatively small numbers of such pistols were sold to some other countries. The pistol has original black plastic grips with diamond checkering and the company logo under Swedish royal crown. Manufactured with the shoulder stock lug on the back of the hilt. Safety lever is on the left side of the frame. Fixed front and rear sight. The pistol comes with original Swedish army issue leather holster, two spare magazines and cleaning rod. CONDITION: Excellent. 98% of blue finish is still on metal. The pistol shows only a minor holster wear to front edges of the frame. There are also some small handling marks on the right side of the frame. The usual mark from the safety. Small spots of light surface rust on the left side of the front sight. The pistol has a nice high gloss blue finish, except for the barrel which has a dull blue finish. The bore is in excellent condition with strong and shiny rifling. Strong action. All matching serial numbers. All the markings and numbers are clearly visible on the metal. All the internal parts of the pistol are in excellent condition, with no visible wear. Plastic grips are in excellent condition as well. Import markings on the right side of the frame, just above the trigger guard. The holster is also in excellent condition. Very attractive Swedish military pistol! Serial# 382XX.

Swedish Husqvarna Nagant M.1887 Revolver in .22 LR Caliber

Caliber: .22 LR

Price: $695

DESCRIPTION: Scarce Swedish .22 LR Nagant M.1887 revolver! The revolver was manufactured by Husqvarna, Sweden, as indicated by markings located on the left side of the frame, just in front of the cylinder. Husqvarna manufactured only 14,000 revolvers from 1897 to 1905. Due to attrition over time, collector desirability, and such low production numbers, the M1887 revolver is getting difficult to find. The revolver is almost identical with Norwegian M.1893. The major difference is a square front sight, instead of the rounded one on the Norwegian gun. The revolver was converted to fire .22 LR by means of inserting subcaliber tubes into barrel and cylinder's chambers. Right side of the revolver's frame displays Swedish military property number, "L No. 308". 4.5 inch long octagonal barrel. The lanyard ring is a replacement. Very high quality of machining and metal finish! CONDITION: Excellent. 97% of original crisp blue remaining on metal parts. The blue is worn mostly on the edges of of octagonal barrel, frame and cylinder (light holster wear). Nice hardwood grips with diamond checkering. Excellent bore with strong and shiny rifling. The cylinder's chambers are also in excellent condition. Very strong action. All the markings and numbers are clearly visible on the metal. All the internal parts of the revolver are in excellent condition, with no visible wear. High quality military revolver in .22LR caliber! Serial# 87XX.
